Sessions

30 hours

  • 30 hours for 38 weeks of the year to be used within a week, this can be done 5 x 9:00- 3.00 sessions, 3 x 10 hour sessions i.e. 8:30-6:30 or 7:30-5:30.
  • 15 hours a week at two settings 38 weeks per year i.e. Aire View nursery school. This would not include the pick up or drop off at the school which will continue to be charged at our current rate of £6.50.
  • If parents wish to stretch their funding over the full year this would make 22 hours per week. Previously we advised parents that you would be able to use this as 2 x 7:30-6:30 sessions. The guidance we have been produced with states a session must be no longer than 10hours, so if parents still wish to do 7:30-6:30 and use 10 hours funding there would be a charge of £5.00 per day. This obviously leaves 2 hours per week in funding to be used so an additional 2 hour session could be booked.
  • Parents not wishing to do the above can now use the 22 hours in the following way 2 x 8hr sessions i.e 7:30-3.30, 8:30-4:30, 9:30-5:3  then a 6hr session of either 7:30-1.30 or 12:30-6:30 or 9:00-3:00
  • Any additional hours will be charged at the nursery’s hourly rate of £5 per hour.

15 hours

  • For the 15hours – it would be 9.00-3.00 2 days per week, then a 3 hour session of either 9.30-12.30 or 1.30 -4.30 or 9.30-12.30 five mornings per week, 1.30 -4.30 five afternoons a week or 7.30 – 5.30, 8.30 – 6.30 then a 7.30 – 12,30 or 1.30 – 6.30 all hours are term time only.
  • Extra sessions can be booked during the holidays at our current fees.
